The “L” Family featuring miss Reagan Mae! {South Shore Portrait photographer}
Posted on August 10, 2010
We headed to Whitman park where we could grab a few great shots locally. Besides stepping over the goos…e poop and the pond being drained without a fountain..haha…. we still managed to get some!
At first miss Reagan wasn’t having it, but she came around with lots of smiles and even 3 steps for us! She was so proud, and it was adorable! Thanks mommy and daddy for hanging out! Check out a few of my favorites!

Light House- “C” Family {South Shore Family Portrait Photographer}
Posted on July 20, 2010
Last night I met up with the “C” family for their family session! Haily and Jason were the winners of the Group Cutest Kid Contest that I held back a few months ago! The weather was playing games with us all day… but I have to say that the weather man was right on twice in one day! Shocker… I know!! The rain cleared up just in time for the ground to dry up and to see a beautiful sunset! We had fun and got some great shots! Hailey is just a pro when it comes to the camera… and Jason.. well he’s a 3 year old boy! What more can you say.. I have one too! They would rather do anything but let you get a great picture… but I managed to sneak a few in. Mommy helped out and boy do they think she’s funny! Thanks “C” family! Here is a sneak peek of your seesion! Enjoy!

Boys and Bugs {South Shore Photographer and mommy}
Posted on July 7, 2010
Little boys are so amazed by these creatures … (and some little girls too!) Noah found this slimy snail creeping along the edge of our playground one day. I must have told him a million and 5 times not to touch it… but he just couldn’t help himself! He loves to catch bugs, worms and all those nasty things! I was just so grossed out by the slimy track that this snail left on it’s journey, but as you can see, it entertained my son for quiet a while.
And yes my name was “DF” (which stood for Dirty face) when I was little, so I am not a princess! I guess you just realize how dirty these little things are as you get older! My baby girl is following in Mommy’s footsteps… and has taken the reign as DF # 2! She eats clumps of dirt and mud like they are brownies!! Nasty! And the worst part is she likes it, everything is tried and tested in the mouth!! On our recent trip to the beach she snacked on sand, salt water, rocks and even a SNAIL!!
Little ones just make me laugh!! Gotta lov’em!

What to wear -Summer Edition {South Shore portrait photogapher}
Posted on June 9, 2010
Hello All!
I always get the question “What do we wear” or “I can’t do pictures yet… I haven’t found outfits”! So I am here to help! You don’t always have to do the traditional everyone wear the same color shirt or the same outfit! Let’s spice it up a bit and have some fun! I’ve made up a few slides with sample outfits to get you through! Not everyone has the same family (1 boy, 1 girl etc) so use your imagination! Make it your own!
*These outfits are all brought to you by Old Navy…
And don’t get me wrong.. I am by no means the Fashion Police or Style queen, just like to have a little fun on paper since my husband would kill me not be happy if I went on a real shopping spree!
Let me know what you think!!

5 Years … and counting
Posted on June 4, 2010
Today my husband and I celebrate our 5 year anniversary being married! (Happy Anniversary honey!) It had rained for 3 weeks straight, 60 degrees, and with an outdoor ceremony (no plan B) I can only imagine what kind of Bridezilla I must have been! But everything worked out and we had a beautiful day! The sun was shining and it was …. let’s just say HOT!! My venue had not insalled a/c yet… and it was 90 degree’s out! Good thing for the table cloth, because I had my dress hiked up to my waist under the table! When we went to greet and thank our guest, most of them were outside because it was so hot in there! Besides the heat, the DJ sucking (cd’s skipped because of the heat.. hmmm) everything was perfect and it was an amazing day!
In 5 years …… a lot has changed. Some good… some bad. But we have weathered the storms and continue to support and encourge each other. Thank you to all our family and friends who are on this journey with us.
Happy Anniversary to my husband of 5 loving years! And many more to come! Love you….
Enjoy a few pictures of us … when we were young

Perfect tree
Posted on June 3, 2010
I saw this tree on a cruise along the waterfront and I just had to stop and capture this picture. The lighting and the entire scene just couldn’t have been more perfect. Not to mention, the area and homes there are just amazing anyway! (Thank you also to the home owner.. your home is beautiful!)
